Eric Lane’s plays have been published and performed around the world. Premieres include Adirondack Theatre Festival (commission), 59E59, the Wallis, WHAT, HERE, La MaMa, Theatre Travels (Sydney), Encore and Orange Thoughts Productions. His plays have been developed at NY Theatre Workshop, the Barrow Group, the William Inge New Play Lab and Valdez Theatre Conference. He is a Member Artist at New Circle and Ensemble Studio Theatre.

Eric has worked with such notable actors as Jennifer Aniston, Michael Urie, Victor Williams, Marcia Jean Kurtz, and Academy Award winner Melissa Leo. He has collaborated with directors Eric Nightengale, Sam Scalamoni, Jonathan Silverstein, Daisy Walker, and extensively with Martha Banta.
